Ambassador questions

You earn a flat signing bonus when a company you refer signs the contract, plus a recurring commission on platform revenue for several months after they go live. Exact terms are confirmed when we onboard you.
We track referrals via unique links and codes assigned to you at onboarding, plus a manual fallback (your contact name on inbound deals). If you've introduced the company, you get credit.
Signing bonus is paid out within 30 days of the company's contract start. Recurring commissions are paid monthly once collected from the customer.
Yes — we'll collect a W-9 (US) or equivalent at onboarding and issue tax forms at year-end as required.
